Blackcurrant, black cherry, and blackberry dominate. Characteristic Cabernet spice with green bell pepper, cedar, and pepper notes. Vanilla and toasted wood from barrel contact.

Structured and tannic, with the characteristic austerity of Cabernet. The acidity is lively and ensures aging potential. The finish is long and spicy, with a classic blackcurrant aftertaste.
