Erdevik

Erdevik Winery is one of the oldest wineries in Fruška Gora and today one of the largest and most modern in Serbia. The Erdevik winery was one of the largest winegrowing companies of the socialist era. It was later bought up and modernized.

Our goal is to produce elegant, high-quality and internationally recognized wines.

The capacity of the cellar is far from being used to capacity, and perhaps that is not the goal at all. This is about producing elegant, high-quality and internationally recognized wines. The models are not trendy natural wines, but the big wines from Bordeaux, California or South Africa. The wines of the Erdevik winery are intended to be served in the most exclusive restaurants and hotels. The picture shows the vineyards along the Danube. In this microclimate, where the river provides wind and warmth in winter and cooling in summer, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc thrive at the highest level.

The passion behind wine

We know the winery through Đorđe Stojšić, the owner of our small garage winery Chichateau. Đorđe is also responsible for the production and marketing of wines at Erdevik Winery. We think he does a very good job. An absolute secret tip for all visitors to Serbia is the restaurant located directly on the winery. They cook and serve very professionally here, the food is of a very high level and you feel comfortable and chic. The grilled porcini mushrooms were one of the best dishes we've ever enjoyed.

Wine as art

We regard winemaking as an art. That's why we decided to treat our bottles like works of art, with unique labels designed exclusively for our winery by Eugen II Kočiš. When you visit us, you will notice from afar the colorful roof of our Vojvodin Art Nouveau building, which is also recognized as a valuable piece of architecture. We wanted to give our guests an unforgettable experience every step of the way and a sublime sense of the space in which they taste our wines. That is why we have decorated the barrique room with large red Murano glass chandeliers, where you can completely immerse yourself in the tannins and bouquet and simply enjoy the wines.
