The complex aftertaste offers ripe fruit, minerality and subtle spicy notes. Serving: In burgundy glasses at 8-10°C. Recommended for: Carbonara pasta, truffle omelette, cheese, turkey, roast goose, pork, monkfish, grilled perch.
