Wine description:Plato is a dry red wine made from 100% Merlot grapes. The grapes come from vineyards that were planted in 2007 and produce a yield of just 1-2 kg per vine — a guarantee of the highest quality and concentration. The wine is harvested manually and processed in production with great dedication.
Vinification & aging: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine undergoes a long, intensive maceration using the classic techniques of delestage, reassembly and pigeage to extract the full aromas and structure. The then matures
Plato for 24 months in new and used Radoux barriques before being bottled to perfectly develop its aromas.
