This Shiraz demonstrates how clarity and structure come together. The ruby red color play is precise and clear, with no sediment – an indication of controlled vinification. On the nose, ripe cherries, juicy raspberries, and delicate violet aromas unfold, accompanied by a hint of black pepper.

On the palate, the wine is dry, with a medium body and dense texture. Notes of pomegranate, Szechuan pepper, cloves, and dried sage give it tension and spice. The 15 months of aging in barriques rounds off the tannins and adds depth without overpowering the fruit.

The character is reminiscent of great wines from the northern Rhône, yet remains distinct – with a Serbian signature and clear elegance.

Origin: Principovac – one of Southeast Europe's most renowned terroirs, known for its mineral soils and ideal ripening conditions.

Food pairing: Excellent with grilled beef, lamb, goulash, or dark chocolate. Its spiciness and structure ideally complement rich, aromatic dishes.
