On the palate, intense aromas of dried figs unfold, accompanied by delicate vanilla and a hint of oak. A harmonious acidity structure and a lingering, buttery finish round out the taste experience.

Gourmet recommendation:
Ideal with porcini mushrooms or truffles with ham in butter – perfectly combined with your favorite pasta.

Maturation: 12 months in barriques
