Tasting Notes
Color: warm golden yellow with subtle reflections. The nose reveals an intense and clear bouquet of ripe quince, rounded off by the typical vanilla-balsamic profile of oak. On the palate, it is full, harmonious, and very drinkable, with a balanced ratio of sweetness, acidity, and body. The finish is velvety, intense, and soothing.
