Overview
Legat 1903 Pinot Noir 2022 is a single-varietal Pinot Noir from the traditional Serbian winery with roots in 1903. Pinot Noir in Serbia displays a distinctive style – fruitier and less tannic than in Burgundy, but with charming drinkability.
In the glass
Light to medium ruby red; transparent, with cherry-red reflections.
On the nose
Fresh red cherry, raspberry, and violet – typical for Pinot Noir. Subtle earthy notes and a light hint of wood spice. Elegant and clear.
On the palate
Light body, silky tannins, lively acidity. The 2022 vintage shows freshness with good fruit ripeness. The finish is medium, with persistent red fruit.
Food pairing
Salmon, duck breast, mushroom risotto, fresh goat cheese, light game dishes.
