Great wine from a great terroir: Unser Merlot Selection is the figurehead for high-quality red wine from the wine region Sumadija. Vinified carefully by hand, this exceptional matured merlot 12 months in oak barrels — a combination of new and used oak barrels — and was in only 2,884 numbered bottles bottled.

A red wine with character and depth
This full-bodied Merlot delights with a luxurious body, excellently integrated tannins and a long-lasting, complex aftertaste. Flavours of ripe red and black berries, fine spices, cinnamon, new leather, eucalyptus, Wood notes and even graphite make it an experience for the senses. Despite its strength, the wine remains fresh and harmonious — an ideal candidate for long-term storage and proof of the potential of Serbia's Šumadija wine region.
