The grapes for this characterful red wine come from the vineyards of the Janko winery in Ralja. The cuvée from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet franc is already determined in the vineyard. After harvesting, maceration begins for approximately two weeks, followed by an additional month of storage on the yeast.
The wine is then converted into Serbian oak barrels transferred — a combination of new and used barriques — in which it matures for 12 months. Shortly before bottling, the Merlot share added, which completes the composition.
