The year 2021 offered ideal climatic conditions: Plenty of sunshine and occasional rainfall promoted a balanced ripening of the grapes. The result was a high-quality, high-yield crop with great potential.

Fragrance:
A complex bouquet with notes of freshly ground coffee, ripe cherries and cool mint, accompanied by earthy nuances of moist leaves and mineral tones.

Flavor:
On the palate, the wine is elegant, long-lasting and refreshingly fruity. The structure is balanced, with soft tannins and clear freshness, which gives the wine vivacity and depth.

Drinking window:
Recommended between 2024 and 2028, during which time the wine develops additional complexity while the tannins become softer and more harmonious.
