Overview
Bagrina is an autochthonous Serbian white wine variety – intensely fragrant and aromatic – vinified here by Podrum Mirjana (Mirjana Cellar). The grape variety is considered a traditional specialty of Šumadija and other Serbian wine regions and captivates with an intense floral scent and muscat-like aroma.
In the Glass
Pale yellow to straw yellow with greenish reflections; clear, lively color.
On the Nose
Intense floral scent – acacia, lime blossom – as well as ripe peach, apricot, and a hint of nutmeg. Fruity and floral with a touch of honey.
On the Palate
Medium-bodied with fresh acidity and aromatic richness. Semi-dry to full-bodied depending on the vintage. The finish continues the floral and fruity aromas.
