Color: deep amber to mahogany. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of herbs, orange peel, roots, and spices, with a slightly balsamic depth. The palate is complex and bittersweet, with an herbal structure, fresh citrus notes, and warming spiciness. The finish is long, harmonious, and invitingly bitter.
