Overview
Viognier 2022 by Legat 1903 is a varietally typical bottling of the aromatic Rhône grape in a Serbian context. In Serbia's warm, continental climate, Viognier develops its characteristic apricot and violet aromas with great opulence.
In the glass
Golden yellow to rich straw yellow; clear, intensely luminous color.
On the nose
Extremely aromatic: apricot, peach, passion fruit, and violet—the classic Viognier profile. Additionally, honey, white blossoms, and a hint of exotic fruits. Opulent and inviting.
On the palate
Full-bodied and rich, with moderate acidity and a warm body. The aroma permeates the entire palate experience. The finish is long, aromatic, and somewhat oily-textured.
