The 2020 year offered ideal conditions for viticulture. A mild spring and a warm summer allowed the grapes to ripen fully. The dry autumn further contributed to the exceptional quality of the harvest.

Aroma:
A complex and elegant bouquet with notes of ripe plums and dark berries, delicately underpinned with a hint of vanilla and noble cedar.

Palate:
Full-bodied, silky, and harmonious. The tannins are juicy and well-integrated, and the acidity provides freshness. The wine ends in a long, fruity finish with a delicate spice.

Maturation potential:
Already accessible now, the Crveni Janko 2020 nevertheless shows further development potential and will gain in complexity and depth until at least 2028.
