Overview

«Icon Campana Rubimus» is the prestigious iconic wine of the Zvonko Bogdan winery in Vojvodina. The name combines Latin («Campana», bell) and Serbian elements and represents the house's top product — maximum concentration, long aging, and absolute limitation.

In the Glass

Deep, almost black ruby-garnet; opaque in the center, with dark violet reflections. Very dense color presentation.

On the Nose

Complex and concentrated: black cherry, cassis essence, mulberry, dark chocolate, and mocha. Noble cedar wood and tobacco notes indicate long barrel aging. Slight balsamic and black truffle with aeration.

On the Palate

Monumental in structure and depth — dense but perfectly integrated tannins. The acid balance ensures great aging potential. The finish is extraordinarily long, complex, and persistent.

Food Pairing

Tournedos Rossini, dry-aged beef fillet, truffle dishes, high-quality mature hard cheese.

Serving Recommendation

• Temperature: 17–18 °C
• Decanting: 90–120 minutes strongly recommended
• Glass: Large Burgundy or Bordeaux glass

Origin

Zvonko Bogdan, Subotica, Vojvodina. The Icon project is the house's most important prestige project — created from selected parcels, hand-harvested, selective fermentation, and several years of barrel aging.
