Overview

Pinot Grigio 2024 by Vinarija Trivanović is a fruit-driven, single-varietal Pinot Grigio from Fruška Gora. Matured in an Alto Adige-inspired style with a focus on aromatic complexity and drinkability. Silver AWC Vienna 2020 (Vintage 2019).

In the glass

Golden yellow with a greenish shimmer, clear and with a lively shine.

On the nose

Fruit-driven and aromatically precise: pear, apple and peach form the core, subtle lemongrass notes and delicate blossoms complement the profile. The aroma is varietal and inviting.

On the palate

Full-bodied, smooth and pleasant to drink with melon and exotic notes, carried by lively acidity. The finish is pleasantly fruity-mineral and long-lasting. A classic fruit white wine with substance.

Food pairing

Grilled white meat, pear with young goat cheese, light salads, freshwater fish, mild soft cheeses.

Origin

Vinarija Trivanović in Šid, a third-generation family winery, cultivates Pinot Grigio on the western slopes of Fruška Gora. Founded in 1959, the winery manages 49 hectares and is known for fruit-driven white wines.
