Overview
Lex Rosé Magnum 2023 is a dry, single-varietal Shiraz rosé from Vinarija Trivanović, sourced from the Babinac vineyard on the western slopes of Fruška Gora. Produced in a Magnum format (1.5 L) in a Provençal style, its predecessor, Lex Rosé 2022, was named Rosé of the Year (Vino&Fino).
In the glass
Delicate salmon pink with a subtle, luminous shimmer – a classic Provençal hue.
On the nose
Aromatic depth in Provençal style: fresh raspberries and strawberries form the base, followed by pomegranate, watermelon, and a hint of red grapefruit. A tingling spicy note in the background adds character to the bouquet.
On the palate
Structured and supple with strong, well-integrated acidity and fine fruit richness. Elegance over opulence – the style emphasizes freshness and minerality. The finish is long and refreshing with herbal and citrus notes.
Food pairing recommendations
Salmon tartare, cocktail shrimp, grilled scampi, seafood pasta, Poulet Provençal, outdoor barbecues.
Serving recommendations
- Temperature: 8–10 °C
- Glass: Rosé glass or slender universal glass
- Note: Magnum format for special occasions – the large volume promotes slower aging
