Like an artist who only separates himself from his masterpiece with a heavy heart, it is not easy for us to give this wine out of our hands. But we are proud — proud of a Merlot that not only reflects our passion, but also carries the soul of Šumadija.

This wine is a loyal companion to red meat — whether with or without sauce — to fine chocolate desserts and anything that delights a connoisseur's palate. We did everything we could to make the uniqueness of our region tangible in a glass. I hope you enjoy Šumadija. Cheers!

Grape variety: 100% Merlot
Alcohol content: 15.5% Vol.

characteristic:
A red wine in the style of the “New World” — powerful, expressive and yet elegant. Intense aromas of fresh cherries and raspberries are combined with fine notes of vanilla, coconut and fine Belgian dark chocolate. Aged in new Serbian oak barrels, this Merlot shows an impressive balance between alcohol, tannins and acidity. Despite its strong alcohol content, it appears soft, harmonious and velvety on the palate.

Food recommendation:
Perfect with all meat dishes, especially when combined with mild sauces. Also a wonderful partner for chocolate desserts with nuts such as walnuts or hazelnuts.
