Like an artist who reluctantly parted with his masterpiece, it's not easy for us to let go of this wine. But we are proud—proud of a Merlot that not only reflects our passion, but also embodies the soul of Šumadija.

This wine is a faithful companion to red meat—with or without sauce—, to fine chocolate desserts, and anything that delights the connoisseur's palate. We've done everything we can to bring the uniqueness of our region to life in a glass. I hope you enjoy Šumadija. Cheers!

Grape variety: 100% Merlot
Alcohol content: 15.5% vol.

Characteristics:
A red wine in the "New World" style – powerful, expressive, yet elegant. Intense aromas of fresh cherries and raspberries combine with delicate notes of vanilla, coconut, and fine Belgian dark chocolate. Matured in new Serbian oak barrels, this Merlot displays an impressive balance between alcohol, tannins, and acidity. Despite its high alcohol content, it is soft, harmonious, and velvety on the palate.

Food recommendation:
Perfect with all meat dishes, especially when combined with mild sauces. It also pairs wonderfully with chocolate desserts with nuts like walnuts or hazelnuts.
