Tasting Notes
The nose reveals the unmistakable aromas of green apple and pear, complemented by elegant citrus notes and fine, toasted accents from partial oak aging. On the palate, it is fresh, aromatic, with a distinct, long and creamy finish. The wine's identity lies in the seemingly contradictory combination of creamy richness and playful freshness. Vinification: 85% stainless steel, 15% large format oak (3,000 l).

Vinarija Kovačević in Irig is one of Serbia's most prestigious wineries. Since 2001, Miroslav Kovačević, the third generation, has continued the family tradition – with a clear vision, state-of-the-art cellar technology, and deep roots in Fruška Gora. The vines grow on the south-facing slopes of Fruška Gora (Srem, approx. 240 m altitude).
