The Reserve Edition – long lees aging, Vintage 2012. Pale golden yellow, persistent mousse. On the nose, acacia honey, citrus zest, brioche, and delicate, toasted almond notes. On the palate, vinous, complex, with a creamy texture, clearly focused acidity, and an unusually long, mineral finish. A matured Brut classic from Serbia.

Vinarija Kovačević in Irig is one of Serbia's most prestigious wineries. Since 2001, Miroslav Kovačević, the third generation, has continued the family tradition – with a clear vision, state-of-the-art cellar technology, and deep roots in Fruška Gora. The vines are located on the south-facing slopes of Fruška Gora (Srem, approx. 240 m altitude). In 2013, Kovačević took over the historic "Podrum 1930" – a cult cellar from the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, which now combines tradition and cutting-edge technology. Falstaff regularly rates Kovačević with 90+ points – the Edicija-S line is considered the benchmark for premium wines from Serbia.
