Tasting Notes
The Reserve Edition – long lees aging, Vintage 2012. Pale golden yellow, persistent mousse. On the nose, acacia honey, citrus zest, brioche, and fine, toasted almond notes. On the palate, vinous, complex, with a creamy texture, clearly focused acidity, and an unusually long, mineral finish. A mature Brut classic from Serbia.

Vinarija Kovačević in Irig is one of Serbia's most prestigious wineries. The vines are located on the south-facing slopes of Fruška Gora (Srem, approx. 240 m altitude).
