On the palate, crisp, mineral, with a fine-bubbled structure and a long, precise finish. A mature, very elegant vintage option from Kovačević's sparkling wine program.

Vinarija Kovačević in Irig is one of Serbia's most prestigious wineries. Since 2001, Miroslav Kovačević, the third generation, has continued the family tradition – with a clear vision, state-of-the-art cellar technology, and deep roots in Fruška Gora. The vines are located on the south-facing slopes of Fruška Gora (Srem, approx. 240 m altitude). In 2013, Kovačević took over the historic "Podrum 1930" – a cult cellar from the Kingdom of Yugoslavia that now combines tradition and cutting-edge technology. Falstaff regularly rates Kovačević with 90+ points – the Edicija-S line is considered the benchmark for premium wines from Serbia.
