Tasting Notes
Classically dry sparkling wine in the traditional style. Straw yellow colour with elegant mousseux. On the nose, green apple, citrus fruits, brioche, and a hint of yeast. On the palate, crisp, mineral, with a finely effervescent structure and a long, precise finish. A mature, very elegant vintage variant from Kovačević's sparkling wine range.

Vinarija Kovačević in Irig is one of Serbia's most prestigious wineries. Since 2001, Miroslav Kovačević, the third generation, has continued the family tradition – with a clear vision, state-of-the-art cellar technology, and deep roots in Fruška Gora. The vines are located on the south-facing slopes of Fruška Gora (Srem, approx. 240 m altitude). In 2013, Kovačević took over the historic "Podrum 1930" – a cult cellar from the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, which now combines tradition and cutting-edge technology.
