Pale straw yellow with fine green reflections, clear and with a fresh sheen.
On the Nose
Complex bouquet: linden blossom and vineyard peach form the floral-fruity leitmotifs. Chamomile and herbal notes complement the profile, with the unmistakable varietal petrol dimension of Riesling clearly present. The bouquet shows depth and tension.
On the Palate
Medium to full-bodied with pronounced minerality. The fruit acidity is elegant and distinctive. The finish is refreshing-mineral and long-lasting – a Riesling with a clear terroir signature.
Food Pairing
Homemade aspic, pan-fried pike-perch or catfish, turkey breast in lemon sauce, green asparagus, mild soft cheeses.

Vinarija Janko in Smederevo cultivates Riesling on the Zlatno Brdo and Šeškovac sites. The continental climate of the Smederevo wine region promotes the distinct acidity and mineral freshness that characterizes Zapis.
