Pale greenish-yellow with brilliant shine. Fresh, expressive bouquet: tomato leaf and nettle lead the classic Sauvignon profile, followed by gooseberry, green apple, and a hint of white blossoms. Medium-bodied on the palate, crisp and mineral, with lively acidity and long fruitiness. Citrusy, refreshing finish.
