Emperus 18 – Šljivovica 18 Years – a premium product from Emperus Distillery, Šumadija.
Tasting
Deep, dark emerald glow – that rare hue produced only by decades of aging in Serbian oak. A symphony of quiet elegance on the nose: ripe figs and hazelnuts, dried grapes, deep, earthy spice; dark chocolate, leather and a hint of prune. Deep, complex, multi-layered on the palate, silky texture, ripe plum fruit in soft vanilla and delicate smoky notes of grape oak; dark chocolate and tobacco on the finish. Long, warm, extraordinarily deep.
