Pale golden yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, mineral, precise, and vibrant – with hints of citrus fruits, green apple, white flowers, and a touch of brioche. On the palate, firm and energetic, with the characteristic salinity that Chardonnay only develops on the limestone soils of Fruška Gora. Long, finely mineral finish.

Chichateau is a garage winery in the village of Šišatovac on the southern slopes of Fruška Gora near Sremska Mitrovica. On just 3 hectares of vineyards at an altitude of 260 m, around 18,000 bottles are produced annually – consistently by hand, uncompromisingly focused on quality. The calcareous soils of the Fruška Gora massif give the wines their characteristic mineral freshness and precision.
