Overview
Trijumf Brut Noir is a white sparkling wine made from red grapes — a Blanc de Noirs in the style of Aleksandrović from Šumadija. The vinification without skin contact results in a pale color despite the red grape variety and a more powerful, structured aromatic profile than classic Blanc-de-Blancs.
In the glass
Pale yellow to delicate copper; clear, brilliant appearance with fine, persistent perlage.
Perlage
Fine, even mousse; persistent rise, characteristic of the Traditional Method.
On the nose
Red berries — raspberry, strawberry — combined with citrus and fresh brioche. Subtle roasted notes from yeast aging. More structured and substantial than a Blanc de Blancs.
On the palate
Dry, with a firm acid structure and pleasant richness. The red fruit complements the freshness. The finish is medium to long, spicy and precise.
Food pairing recommendation
As a festive aperitif, with charcuterie, light pâtés, salmon and mature soft cheeses.
