Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with silver reflections. Very intense, complex bouquet with elderflower, gooseberry, citrus, white flowers, peach, mint, and tropical fruits. On the palate, full-bodied, powerful, with pronounced freshness and acidity structure, a long fruity finish with creamy vanilla notes.

Sauvignon Blanc from three different sites, triple-staggered harvest for maximum aromatic complexity. Premium line with protected geographical origin. Matured in stainless steel.
