Overview
Trijumf Brut Chardonnay is a white sparkling wine from Aleksandrović in Serbia, vinified using the traditional method (bottle fermentation). The Chardonnay grape variety forms the aromatic foundation with citrus fruit, brioche notes, and an elegant structure.
In the glass
Straw yellow to pale yellow with greenish reflections; clear, brilliant color; fine, persistent perlage.
Perlage
Fine and even mousse; persistent, fine rise characteristic of traditional bottle fermentation.
On the nose
Green apple, pear, citrus, and white flowers in the foreground. Yeast and brioche notes from lees aging. Subtle minerality in the background.
On the palate
Brut — dry and fresh, with firm acidity and an elegant body. The perlage contributes to the freshness. The finish is crisp, with a citrus-mineral aftertaste.
