Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with green reflections. Intense, floral-fruity bouquet with peach, white blossoms, lime and the typical Riesling petrol note. Full-bodied on the palate with a finely interlocked interplay of ripe fruit sweetness and lively, mineral acidity – clear and long-lasting.
Origin & Vinification
Grapes from the Bokanja vineyard at an altitude of 250–350 m, south-facing. Vinified in stainless steel to preserve varietal typicity.
